Orders

We do not accept orders placed over the phone.
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
Sales or use tax applies to orders shipped to all states, with the exception of: AK, DE, MT, NH, OR
Seller has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Seller’s program account number is SSU-R011228197
We do not process orders exceeding $650.

Our top priority is getting your order to your door as quickly and as safely as possible. Once your order is placed, we begin the fulfillment process almost immediately. After an order is fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes.

We offer free shipping via standard ground for all United States orders with a minimum purchase of $49, except for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Weight-based rates are available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Orders must be $49 or over, after discounts are applied, to be eligible for free shipping.
Orders under $49 will be charged for shipping.
For free shipping orders, please allow up to 10 business days for pick up of your shipment and update your tracking.
Some carriers do not deliver shipments on weekends or holidays.
All orders placed on weekdays after 12:00 p.m. PST, weekends, or federal holidays, will begin processing the following business day.
We do not require a signature for any deliveries.
We do not ship to Canada, P.O. Boxes, Freight Forwarders, or military addresses (APO & FPO).
