If you are not satisfied with a Dr. Bronner's personal care product purchased from www.drbronner.us or any authorized retailer within the United States, please contact Dr. Bronner's for assistance within 45 days of purchase. Please note that because we cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized retailers, the Dr. Bronner's 45-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to food products or items purchased from unauthorized retailers (including unauthorized websites), unless otherwise required by law. Additionally, this guarantee applies only to the original end-user purchaser within the United States.
How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim
To initiate a return or submit a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Experience Team at 1-844-WeR-All1 (1-844-937-2551) between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM (Noon) Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, within 45 days of purchase. When contacting us, please have the following information ready: where and when you purchased the product, proof of purchase, photos of the product (if available), and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and return items cannot be sent to our corporate headquarters.
Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the warranty conditions, we will process a refund or product replacement.
If you request a refund for a product purchased from www.drbronner.us, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. We will notify you via email or phone once the refund has been processed.
If you purchased the product from an authorized retailer, we recommend contacting that retailer first, as you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under their specific policies.

Dr. Brown’s reserves the right to verify information, request valid proof of purchase, and—at its sole discretion—deny refund requests if fraud is suspected or if Dr. Brown’s determines that the purchaser has abused the 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Dr. Brown’s may modify or terminate the 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
